At LFT, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and hassle-free. Please read our policy carefully before initiating a return or exchange.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Applicable for size issues, defective products, wrong items delivered, or damaged products

  • Size exchange is allowed once per item

  • Exchange is only applicable for the same product (different size in case of size issue)

  • Delivery charges (if applicable) will be added to the exchange request

  • The product must be:

    • Unused

    • Unworn

    • Unwashed

    • With original tags attached

    • In original packaging

  • All items will undergo quality inspection before approval

LFT reserves the right to decline an exchange if the product does not meet the above conditions.


Return Policy

We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked return policy from the date of delivery.

You can choose one of the following refund options:

  • Store Credit (Full Amount)

  • Refund to Bank Account / Card / Wallet

Please note:

  • Delivery charges (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount

  • The product must be:

    • Unused

    • Unworn

    • Unwashed

    • With original tags attached

    • In original packaging

  • Refunds will be processed within 1–2 working days after the product passes inspection and approval
